Rental Package
Prices are per villa or apartment and include free
green fees on four courses for the maximum number of renters per villa or
apartment.
- Complimentary welcome package during a stay of 7
nights or longer.
- Prices are based on 7 nights or longer.
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Max 6 persons in a 3 bedroom.
- Max 8 persons in a 4 bedroom.
- Cleaning Charges 85 US dollars.
- 9 % Sales & Tourist tax not included.
- Unlimited Golf
- No Green Fees
- Pets welcome at special request
Reservations:
All accommodation reservations are subject to availability. Reservations
will be confirmed by fax or email within 24 hours of your request for
availability. The confirmation number must be quoted on all
correspondence and vouchers. All reservations are not valid unless
confirmation sheet is signed and faxed or (e)mailed back to our office.
Payment:
All reservations must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival of
guests. Pre-payment can be made by certified check or credit card
payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
Cancellation:
Cancellation 61 days prior to arrival at no costs. Cancellation 60–30
days prior to arrival at US$250 for reservation up to 21 days and US$500
for reservations longer than 21 days. Cancellation 30–0 days prior to
arrival no refund.
Damages:
A $250 security deposit is required by credit card upon check in for
damage purposes and will be held for 30 days. Guests are required to
report any breakage of or damage to the accommodation and or furnishings
to management immediately as well as existing damage upon arrival.
Cleaning Fee:
Check-in / Check out housekeeping service is provided. Daily
housekeeping service is available at an additional fee and can be
requested at our office. Any reservation less than 7 nights will incur
an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $90.00.
Extra:
Cribs, Highchairs, VCR’s, BBQ’s, Rollaway Beds are available for rent.
Prices on request available.
