Verhuur voorwaarden
De verhuur prijs is gebaseerd op een verblijf van 7 dagen of langer.
De prijs is per villa/appartement.
De volgende voorwaarden zijn van toepassing :
- Alle prijzen zijn in US dollars.
- Huisdieren alleen op speciaal verzoek.
- 3 slaapkamers, maximaal 6 personen in uw groep.
- 4 slaapkamers, maximaal 8 personen in uw groep.
- Welkomspakket bij aankomst in de woning.
- Eindschoonmaak 85 US dollars niet inbegrepen in de prijs.
- 9 % Sales en Tourist Tax niet inbegrepen in de prijs.
- Onbeperkt Golfen en gratis greenfees op 4 golf
banen.
Reservations:
All accommodation reservations are subject to availability. Reservations
will be confirmed by fax or email within 24 hours of your request for
availability. The confirmation number must be quoted on all
correspondence and vouchers. All reservations are not valid unless
confirmation sheet is signed and faxed or (e)mailed back to our office.
Payment:
All reservations must be prepaid 30 days prior to arrival of guests.
Pre-payment can be made by company check or by telegraphic transfer to
our bank account.
Cancellation:
Cancellation 61 days prior to arrival at no costs. Cancellation 60–30
days prior to arrival at US$250 for reservation up to 21 days and US$500
for reservations longer than 21 days. Cancellation 30–0 days prior to
arrival no refund.
Damages:
A $250 security deposit is required by credit card upon check in for
damage purposes and will be held for 30 days. Guests are required to
report any breakage of or damage to the accommodation and or furnishings
to management immediately as well as existing damage upon arrival.
Cleaning Fee:
Check-in / Check out housekeeping service is provided. Daily
housekeeping service is available at an additional fee and can be
requested at our office. Any reservation less than 7 nights will incur
an additional cleaning fee in the amount of $85.00.
Extra:
Cribs, Highchairs, VCR’s, BBQ’s, Rollaway Beds are available for rent.
